Exonicus offers a library of over 500 interactive medical training scenarios designed to simulate high-pressure, real-world situations. In each simulation, patient vitals respond in real time to user interventions. The patient’s survival depends entirely on the trainee’s actions or inaction. This immersive, decision-driven approach provides realistic, consequence-based training for medical personnel.
We currently offer two structured curriculums
A 17-scenario series designed to reinforce the core principles of SALT triage. Learners gain hands-on experience in rapid patient assessment and priority-based decision-making during large-scale casualty events.
A 36-scenario curriculum that guides learners through the MARCH algorithm and foundational TCCC concepts. The program builds progressively from basic interventions to fully independent scenarios that serve as knowledge checks.
Additionally, our Role 1 Practice Pack provides advanced training with complex injuries, diverse pathologies, and expanded treatment options using the Role 1 Tent Kit.
A complete Scenario Library is coming soon! In the meantime explore our available scenarios below.
