Getting Started
Exonicus Simulator is built for standalone virtual reality headsets, optimized specifically for Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S. Exonicus is able to procure headsets for customers.
Exonicus Simulator training content consists of scenario-based, interactive trauma simulations aligned with the Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) guidelines developed by the Committee on TCCC. The content is designed to train military personnel - from All Service Members (ASM) to Combat Medics - on life-saving interventions using immersive Extended Reality (XR) environments.
All Exonicus scenarios are authored by a board-certified U.S. Army emergency physician with combat deployments in Iraq and Kuwait, peer-reviewed by combat medics, nurses, and physicians from the Ukrainian, Latvian, Estonian, German, and U.S. Armed Forces, and aligned with NATO standards for interoperability.
Each Exonicus Simulator® license is designed to train up to 300 users per year per headset.

The system is designed to operate fully offline and does not connect to government networks, intranets, or cloud infrastructure by default. This makes it suitable for use in disconnected field, or training environments without triggering ATO requirements. For customers with unique deployment needs, Exonicus can support secure configuration reviews or future compliance pathways upon request.
No. Exonicus Simulator® does not hold an official NATO certification. While the platform is developed according to NATO-aligned medical standards and has been demonstrated and utilized in NATO exercises such as Vigorous Warrior NATO COEMED, full certification from NATO (e.g., through a dedicated NATO Centre of Excellence endorsement) has not been completed. For organizations requiring NATO-specific endorsements or validation, Exonicus is prepared to support certification pathways or provide supplementary documentation through partner accreditation mechanisms.
