Cancellation and Refund Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or specified in your Order.
Annual Subscriptions are auto renewed unless canceled at least 30 days in advance in writing before the renewal date.
- Perpetual licenses are final sale once licensed credentials are issued, some limitations apply, will not be supported for more than a year after purchase
- If purchasing hardware, physical goods are final sale after shipment except for DOA or warranty claims
All trials and pilots automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 3 business days before the trial ends.
Services (training/onboarding):
- Canceled at least 10 business days in advance of activation date - 100% refundable
- Canceled at least 5 business days in advance, but less than 10 business days of activation date - 50% refundable
- Canceled less than 5 business days in advance or no-show of activation date - 0% refundable
