This orientation scenario is designed to familiarize you with the virtual environment, controls, and core medical tasks required for Tier 1 patient care. You will practice approaching, assessing, and treating a casualty using the IFAK while working through the MARCH algorithm.

Throughout the scenario, a guided instruction panel will provide step-by-step prompts to help you complete each task. This is a learning-focused experience intended to build confidence and proficiency with patient movement, assessment techniques, equipment use, and documentation before progressing to more advanced or unguided scenarios.

Take your time, follow the on-screen guidance, and focus on understanding each action rather than speed. This scenario prepares you for successful completion of Tier 1 training objectives.
